Rolta's success is based on total commitment to quality standards that are in line with the most demanding international benchmarks. Our aim is to deliver high-quality results.

To meet this objective, we have instituted a Quality System according to which each project has to conform to a specified Quality Plan so that all deliverables meet or exceed customers' realizations. Every aspect at Rolta – services, processes, methodologies and work environment – has to conform to these quality requirements. We believe that a desired level of quality can be achieved more efficiently only when related resources and activities are managed as a process.

Rolta's quality initiative is not one-time, but continuous, reinforced through certification and recertification initiatives. We are among the few companies in the industry to have been awarded certifications such as ISO 9001:2000, SEI CMM Level 5 and BS15000.

We continue to benchmark our quality processes against the world's best. Rolta has been awarded the prestigious BS ISO 27001:2005 certification, the ultimate benchmark for information security. Only 25 companies have been certified world-wide, of which 10 are in India. Rolta is the 21st company in the world to be certified by BSI with the `ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 IT Service Management standard’. Now, our software development business group has been given the highest level of certification of CMMI Level 5 by KPMG.
