Commander Training
Comm@nder Training stimulates Commanders and their Command Staff with C4I means, all immersed in a synthetic environment where simulation follows doctrine, replicates decision making and tactical behaviour for subordinate units, and provides challenging opponents or conflict actors (populations, civil authorities etc) .
Customisable force structure (doctrine, order of battle, equipments) and advanced behaviour modeling take into account not only terrain, weather, morale and fatigue, but also interaction with population and other leaders, to animate computer-generated forces at different tactical echelons.
Exercise Preparation, Supervision and After Action Review modules, based on synthetic displays, provide easy control and exploitation of a training session.
