Based on the proposed software installations, team strength, connectivity requirements to multi-office locations & work-sites, work-share requirement for concurrent engineering etc, Rolta recommends an optimum configuration of data and application servers, file servers and network capabilities
- System administration
Rolta assists in project configuration and set-up, to provide data security
- Customisation
Rolta offers its services to customize the software to create a user-friendly application and facilitate its utilization by end-users, by creating symbology and a library of equipment, piping and structural types specific to the customer's industry

Rolta provides a comprehensive training - both at administrator-level and user-level - to ensure the end-users' comfort in making effective use of the software.

Where the customer has legacy data and needs to build upon that data for it's proposed projects, Rolta ensures complete migration of existing documents and data into intelligent format
