Rolta and Intergraph signs strategic agreement to provide expert services to GIS Customers worldwide

Mumbai, August 8, 2005: Rolta and Intergraph Corporation USA, have entered into a strategic agreement to provide expert services to GIS customers worldwide. Bringing together several thousand man years of Geospatial technology innovation and experience, the Intergraph - Rolta alliance is strongly positioned to support GIS, Photogrammetry, Utility and Telecom businesses using Intergraph's GIS solutions in the Americas, including the USA, Canada, Mexico and South American countries.

Under this agreement Rolta will provide specialized GIS services in the areas of Project Consulting, Application Software Development and Customization, Implementation, Digital Mapping & Photogrammetry, GIS Data Migration, Data Conversion, Data Maintenance and System Management & Maintenance.

As a technology partner, Rolta has been providing Intergraph's GIS and PDS solutions for the Indian market for well over two decades. Rolta's technical capabilities and long standing business relationship with Intergraph, has been one of the prime movers for this teaming up.
