Rolta Strengthens its Top Management Team

MUMBAI, Mar 25, 2008 - Rolta is aggressively gearing up to capture huge growth opportunities by strengthening its senior management team with an increased focus on delivery, production and support.

Rolta today announced the appointment of Ms. Preetha Pulusani as Joint Managing Director of the Company effective from 1st March 2008. Her appointment will further strengthen the organisation and help to accelerate the Company’s planned growth, with the increasing scale of Rolta’s operations both in the domestic and international markets.

Ms. Pulusani was with Intergraph Corporation for over 25 years at various senior management levels, including as President of its SG&I division with annual revenue of over $400 Million. In this role, she had the overall responsibility for global strategic direction and worldwide operations of the business, which served several market segments including Military & Intelligence, State & Local Governments, Utilities & Communications and Public Safety. Subsequently, she served as CEO & President of AdeptMedia Corporation, a marketing technology firm based in Alabama, USA.

Ms. Pulusani has an M.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Huntsville. She is a member of several professional organizations and served as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), from 2001 to 2006. She also served as a Director on the Board of Biztech, a non-profit technology business incubator in Huntsville, and as Director on the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) Alumni Board. In 2006, she was awarded the Alabama IT Association (AITA) Top IT Executive of the Year recognition.

With this latest appointment, Rolta has further strengthened its top management team. Ms Pulusani will be located at the headquarters of the company in Mumbai and will provide leadership for the Enterprise Information and Communication Technology business segment of the company.
