Rolta strengthens its top management Team

Mumbai, March 05, 2007: Rolta is aggressively gearing up to capture huge growth opportunities by strengthening its senior management team, with increased focus on delivery, production and support to its customers worldwide.

Rolta today announced the appointment of Mr. Ben Eazzetta as President of International Operations with effect from March 5, 2007. Based at Rolta International at Atlanta he will head Rolta's subsidiaries in the US, Europe and the Middle East. His appointment will further strengthen the organisation to sustain and accelerate the planned growth in view of the increasing scale of Rolta's international operations.

Prior to joining Rolta, Ben was President of Intergraph's SG&I (Security, Government and Infrastructure) division at Huntsville, US. He was responsible for all aspects of global sales, marketing, delivery and business development. His career with Intergraph spanned over six years and included several positions including Chief Operating Officer of the PPM (Process Power and Marine) Division and President of the Public Safety Division.

Prior to joining Intergraph Ben was also a Vice President and co-founder of Industria.com, a leading company in the area of design, implementation and operation of several true broadband networks for public and private sector entities. Ben began his career at Exxon Company, USA as a Mechanical Engineer and was promoted to head of Operations and Maintenance department, his tenure at Exxon spanned for more than twelve years. Ben graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. A.P. Singh who is currently President, Rolta International, US will be relocating to India and has been appointed as a full-time working Director and shall take over as Joint Managing Director responsible for delivery, production and support worldwide with effect from April 1, 2007. Mr. A.P. Singh has been with the company since its inception and has rendered valuable services to the company for nearly 25 years and his appointment, as Joint Managing Director will strengthen the global delivery and production centres.

With this Rolta has reorganised and strengthened its Board of Directors by inducting dynamic and eminent professionals from different business fields. Both Mr. Ben Eazzetta and Mr. AP Singh will also join the Board, as Directors, working full-time for Rolta with effect from 1st April 2007.
