Kamal K. Singh
Founder Chairman & CEO
As Chairman and CEO, Kamal K. Singh has spent the last four decades creating the Rolta group of companies as a multi-faceted organization with a strong base of fundamentals and a wealth of Intellectual Property. He is also Founder Promoter of the Group with Rolta India Ltd., the flagship company of the group, which is listed on the BSE, NSE, LSE and Singapore Stock Exchanges.
An Engineering Graduate with a Masters in Business Administration, Kamal is an Executive Committee Member of FICCI, ASSOCHAM and several other prominent trade organizations of India. He is the President of the “Association of Geospatial Industries”, a member of the Board of Governors of IIT Indore and NITIE, and the Honorary Consul-General of Ukraine in Mumbai for the territory of certain Indian States. He has also served as a Govt. of India nominee Director on the Board of one of India’s largest banks – Punjab National Bank.
Over the years, Kamal has been the recipient of various industry honours, including the “The Best IT Man of the Year 2005” award by the Foundation of Indian Industry & Economists, the “Oceantex 2006 Leadership & Excellence” award for Technology Service Provider, the “Amity Leadership 2007” award, the “Glory of India” award by the Institute of Economic Studies and the “2007 IMM Award for Excellence as Top CEO” by the Institute of Marketing Management. He has also been bestowed with the “Lifetime Achievement Award” by the Honorable Vice President of India, at Map World 2009. Recently he was conferred with the Geospatial World Leadership Award for Entrepreneurship at the Geospatial World Forum 2012 by the Honorable former President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
Preetha Pulusani

In her current position, Preetha Pulusani is responsible for all operations for the Americas with a charter to increase business returns and growth from integrated synergies and differentiated solutions for key vertical segments in North America. She is also a member of the Rolta Board of Directors.
Previously, Preetha served as Chief Strategy Officer of Rolta India Limited, focusing on technology and go-to-market strategies that fueled the company’s growth and transformation into an IP-based solutions company.
In February 2006, Preetha culminated 25 years with Intergraph Corporation, where she had begun her career as an entry-level programmer. At the time of her retirement there, she was President of their largest division, Security, Government and Infrastructure which achieved global revenues of over $400 million. A member of several professional organizations, she has served as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), from 2001 to 2006. She was recognized as the AITA (Alabama Information Technology Association) IT Top Executive of the Year in 2006.

Fred is currently Chairman and CEO of AdvizeX Technologies, a leading information technology infrastructure solutions provider with ten regional offices across the US. An accomplished, results-driven executive, Fred is recognized for leading business transformations to accelerate growth and improve profitability in both the manufacturing and service sectors. He serves as a Board Director for three organizations.
Rich Niemiec
President, Oracle Consulting Practice
Rich is a world renowned Oracle Expert and Oracle Ace Director who was a co-founder and CEO of TUSC, a Chicago-based systems integrator of Oracle-based business solutions acquired by Rolta in 2008. He has served as an Executive Advisor to Rolta International Board of Directors and as President of Rolta TUSC and Rolta EICT.
Rich is the past President of the International Oracle Users Group (IOUG) and the current President of the Midwest Oracle Users Group (MOUG). Rich won IOUG’s Chris Wooldridge Award in 2012, and is one of only six originally honored worldwide as an Oracle Certified Master. He authored the #1 Oracle bestseller “Oracle11g Release 2 Performance Tuning Tips & Techniques.” Rich was inducted into the Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 1998.
Blane Schertz

Engineering IT & GIS Services
Blane manages Rolta’s North America Utilities / GIS and Engineering Technical Services business units, as well as various corporate business development and acquisitions. Prior to joining Rolta, he was Vice President at Intergraph for 15 years, providing leadership in the growth of Public Safety, State, Local and Federal Government business lines. At Sanmina-SCIBlane was a Plant Program Manager and for 10 years at IBM Blane was responsible for application development and systems analysis ofmaterial logistics, financial and shop floor control systems.
Satinath Sarkar
EVP, Rolta IP Solutions
Satinath founded Orion Technology Inc., which was acquired by Rolta, and now leads Rolta IP Solutions group in North America. He is responsible for delivering multiple projects spread across North America, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and India. He develops strategy for Rolta’s primary technology direction and initiatives, providing advice and guidance on solution architecture of products and software services. He is focused on providing pre-sales support, product direction and solution delivery for new generation of OnPoint™ and OneView™ product technologies. These products provide full-featured integration capabilities for business intelligence and spatial analysis with the ability to be configured to support business processes across several business functions and industries. During his career, he has managed the successful implementation of GIS projects around the world. Satinath spent several years building the infrastructure and applications for the GISNet in Qatar, linking several national government agencies on a unified GIS platform. He successfully led a team to develop Geotechnical GIS applications for a large consulting firm in Japan and land survey management system in Singapore.
Mark Woelke
EVP – Finance
& CFO – International
Mark Woelke heads the Finance and Business Administration functions for Rolta’s International subsidiaries. His team is chartered with supporting all statutory and Rolta internal processes, policies and procedures. He focuses on providing seamless processes that ensure consistency, compliance and benchmark support to Rolta’s International Operations.
Prior to joining Rolta, Mr. Woelke served as CFO for the Security, Government and Infrastructure Division of Intergraph Corporation, where he was responsible for all commercial and government finance and business administration worldwide. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Ravi Puri
SVP, Operations
Ravi has held direct P&L leadership positions during his 20-year career spanning key roles at IBM, SAP and Oracle, having most recently led Oracle’s consulting services practice as a Senior Vice President and General Manager, with P&L responsibilities encompassing sales, pre-sales, value engineering, business transformation, delivery, operations, marketing, communications, alliances, finance, solution development and recruiting. His particular focus is in Cloud, Big Data, Analytics, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and multi-stack integration.
