  • Experience : Sales (Primary Responsibility) Focus on developing the business in the region through effective targeting of Accounts and converting them to leads. Account Management. Build relationships at all levels (especially with Senior Executives) managing each account effectively. Achieve/Exceed the Sales Booking Targets. Understand target customer organizations underlying business pains, and propose & win the appropriate solutions through Value Selling.Generate, Manage and Monitor the Sales Pipeline effectively using the tools in the company. Existing Account .Effectively manage the relationships with existing customers to increase share of the wallet in these accountsTimely reporting. Experience: Experience in selling complex and big ticket IT solutions. Prior Experience of selling IT services solution in Oil & Gas / BFSI segment. Good contacts in the Oil & Gas industry. Experience in selling SOA services/Business Intelligence solutions is highly desirable. A track record of consistently exceeding or meeting sales quotas in competitive environments. 6-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills : Skills and Competencies: Excellent Sales skills with a never say die attitude towards business. Understanding of services/consulting business. Ability to position Value to Prospects from the solutions provided by Rolta. Knowledge of the SOA/BI market potential and competition would be preferred. Understanding of Oil & Gas Industry is highly desirable. Drive, adaptability, strong sense of entrepreneurship and achievement. Good oral and written communication; excellent presentation skills. Possess excellent client management and client satisfaction skills.Demonstrate drive and energy. Good interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the highest level of integrity. Have the ability to collaborate across teams.
