• Experience : 5 to 8 years in Developing and executing a strategy for EITS product documentation, the EITS projects, curriculum and training materials and provide assistance to the UX team developing their own materials , Manage multiple documentation projects, provide estimates and ensure the quality of all documentation materials , Provide day-to-day technical guidance to the documentation team, Create templates, style guides and standards necessary for all aspects of the technical documentation, training materials and sales collaterals , Analyze data from requirement-specification documents and feature requests, Interact with the developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to solicit inputs and feedback , Develop and structure the content of the help files, User Guide, Installation Guides, training materials and other developer oriented documentation.
• Skills : Should have led a team of technical writers working in a technical field , Should have managed multiple projects for documentation of technical products , Should have a keen sense of detail as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, Should demonstrate a proven record of building and mentoring a technical writing team, Should have a broad knowledge of and have helped build style guides and standards used for technical writinting, Should have worked with tools such as Adobe Robohelp, Adobe Framemaker, Microsoft Office.
