Process Assessments and Implementations (Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Request, Change, Asset & Configuration Management) processes pertaining to ITIL v2 and v3 Best Practices. End to end Service Management solution implementation. , Customization and Integration of CA and Non CA enterprise software for delivering enhanced capability solution ranging from small to large scale
• Skills : Solution Design, Architecture, Implementation and Configuration of CA Unicenter Service Desk Management products NSM, DSM, UPM, USM and Dashboard Reporting.
