• Skills : Defining and developing SLAs, SOPs, Policies, Metrics & Onsite,Offshore knowledge transition plans,Responsible for overall service delivery quality, schedule, scope, effort (budget) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs),Creates, Contributes and Implements to best practices of Operation,Implements customer satisfaction programs to ensure services are on a continuous improvement plan to reduce cycle time, defect elimination, and improved time to delivery,Relationship management with various stakeholders,Creates and manages the setup for his projects,Very well versed in managing teams working in shifts supporting Production, Test and Development environment, Assists in developing new customer requirements, and able to articulate business solutions for these requirements,Will be responsible for individuals in teams in location: Bangalore ,This role requires Strong Oracle DBA skills to help, guide team during complex problem situations In addition. Light MySQL administration work may also be involved.Must have production support experience with Oracle RDBMS administration. This experience must have included managing Oracle RDBMS 11g, ASM and RAC, in a 24×7 LINUX/UNIX only production environment.Must have experience with 11g database implementations, upgrades and administration, database performance tuning, RMAN backups/recoveries using Netbackup, Data Guard standby database administration, database monitoring on a UNIX/Linux operating system.
