4262139: Oracle HRMS Consultant – All US Locations
- Location : Greater Atlanta Area
- Professional Area : We are currently hiring mid- to senior-level Oracle consultants with experience in HRMS business processes to help transform businesses, deliver implementation and upgrade projects for our clients. As a functional member of our Oracle Consulting practice, primary responsibilities include: End-to-end implementation and upgrade activities, including global design, meeting leadership and facilitation, application configuration and testing, and deliverable creation; Functional track leadership; Project and program management; Participation in sales pursuits; Contribution to Rolta’s solution portfolio and intellectual property; Presentation opportunities at industry and Oracle trade events.
- Qualification : BS or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, MIS or equivalent
- Experience : Five plus years use-based and/or implementation-based background in Oracle EBS and related technologies. 5+ years applying Oracle HRMS technology. (HR, Payroll, Oracle Advanced Benefits modules).
- Skills : Strong desire to be part of a professional, collaborative, high-performance team. Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Track record of delivering on commitments. Ability and willingness to travel domestically on a weekly basis.
