• Qualification : Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience : 2 years of relevant progressive work experience in job offered or related.Position requires ITIL Certification. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
• Skills : Solution architecture, implementation and customization of Computer Associates’ (CA) Service Management tools. Conduct pre-sales activities, requirements gathering, effort estimation, solution design and implementation per ITIL best practices. Evaluate IT infrastructure, network & network security products, and solutions with existing IT systems and networks, including third-party network management software (Unicenter and e-Trust family).
